I am a huge believer in wearing white after labor day. I always have been! In my opinion, just because it's no longer the summer season, it does not mean you cannot wear great pieces! Simply add the right articles of clothing and accessories to fit the season and voila--instaoutfit! This pair of white denim can still work now because the temperatures are still warm, but once winter hits, try wearing a thicker pair of white pants without the distressing.

On a side note, GOOD LUCK finding the bag. I hit up Target yesterday to peruse the 3.1 Philip Lim collection and his bags were nowhere to be found! Also, no longer available online either. Apparently they sold out within a matter of minutes! I'm not surprised though...such cute bags at great prices!

While in New York last week, I happen to spot a particular outfit which I have become obsessed with re-creating. It stood out to me because it was the perfect way to transition a few summer pieces into the fall, and get some last wear out of them during these warm September days & nights. I'm certain you have a few of these keys pieces already in your wardrobe and can create your own transitional outfit. Here's some inspiration!

(It also didn't hurt that the most enviably tall, long-legged woman with perfectly-waved beach blonde hair was wearing it, but that's a whole other story!)
