workout wednesday

  last week, i was stuck in the house with two sick kiddies.  no fun.  since my activity was limited and it was tough to leave the house, i began searching for "at-home workouts".  i discovered this workout and decided to give it a try.  i also added a tabata set of air squats and push-ups.  holy hard!  try this one when you can't get out!
