Lately, I've been attempting to incorporate more yoga into my workout routine as it's a great complement to all the running I do. I try to run anywhere from 20-30 miles per week, and certainly do not stretch as much as I should hence my need for yoga. My hamstrings and hips become incredibly tight so I especially love a good vinyasa flow or hip opener class.
