workout wednesday !










   With living so close to the beach, I often take my workouts to the sand or the boardwalk.  Exercising in the sand adds a new element to the workout and challenges the body in a new way.  I've participated in a few beach bootcamps so far and have definitely been extremely sweaty and sandy when finished...a good sign of a good workout!  And, the view certainly can't be beat!!
   Get outside and go sweat today!
